Three males, three views, and all sorts of functioning on the cornerstone of these belief systems. Completely different ways to life, but all in harmony using their consciences that are own. Into this environment Paul talks.

1Corinthians 8:4 Therefore, regarding the eating of food agreed to idols, we all know that “an idol does not have any genuine existence,” and that “there is no Jesus but one.” 5 For even though there might be so named gods in paradise or on the planet as certainly there are lots of “gods” and several “lords” 6 yet we exist, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things and through whom we exist for us there is one God, the Father, from whom are all things and for whom. 7 nevertheless, not all the have this knowledge. However some, through previous relationship with idols, eat meals since really wanted to an idol, and their conscience, being poor, is defiled. 8 Food will likely not commend us to Jesus. Our company is no worse off whenever we do perhaps not consume, with no best off whenever we do. 9 But be mindful that this right of yours will not somehow be a block that is stumbling the poor. 10 For if anybody views you that have knowledge consuming in an idol’s temple, will he never be motivated, if their conscience is poor, to consume meals wanted to idols? 11 and thus by the knowledge this poor individual is damaged, the cousin for who Christ passed away. 12 therefore, sinning against your brothers and wounding their conscience if it is poor, you sin against Christ. 13 consequently, if meals causes my brother stumble, we shall never ever consume meat, lest we make my brother stumble.
